ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE
FULL-TIME – 8 HOURS - MON/FRI 08:00/12:30 _ 13:30/17:00
Occupation:
Administrative role with the responsibility of overseeing general accounting; verifying active and passive invoices; checking and controlling accounting, tax, and contribution deadlines; managing front office duties; handling contracts with clients, suppliers/maintenance providers; proficiency in accounting functions; managing accounting and electronic invoicing software; handling documentation related to workplace safety, privacy, and quality systems.

Management of relations with accounting, tax, and legal firms,
Research and administrative reporting of public tenders,
Preparation, reporting, and management of lease agreements,
Reporting deadlines for legislative and non-legislative compliance (Corporate Insurance - Land - Marine, Revisions, Certifications, Professional Training, Medical Examinations/Health Surveillance),
PC management of the Navily platform (nautical booking),
Writing skills, intended as creative production for internal communications and archiving,
Ability to research opportunities for facilitated finance at Municipal, National, and European levels through related portals or personnel indicated by the company, including careful evaluation aimed at acquiring work equipment;
Management of active and passive accounting with preparation of first note or other documentation useful for accounting,
Management of Agos and Compass financing aimed at the purchase of marine engines or liquidity for works to be offered to customers, therefore customer registration at the appropriate headquarters, case opening, various communications, resolutions, and invoicing,
Reporting of structure occupancy with related census lists to the competent authorities.
Preferred Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics – Law – Engineering;
At least 5 years of experience in Administration, Finance, and Control;
Ideal profile is completed by qualities of order, precision, and passion for accounting, tax, and administrative fields;
Knowledge of public tender reporting will be considered a plus.
Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a nautical company,
Additional qualities: Precision, Organization, Confidentiality, and Reliability.
